Overview And Experience
Anton Engbersen
Anton was born in Enschede, a city in the East of Holland.
He has lived and worked in different countries: Holland, England, Austria and Hungary.
After a long carreer in General and Operation Management, Anton started up his own company in 2021. He likes to share his experiences he gain at Multi National and Family-owned companies with his clients. For Multinational companies Anton was managing local organisations in Holland, England and Hungary up to 1000 employees. Also multi plant responsibilities were part of his experience.
Anton managed, building and starting up new production locations, change/crisis management and factory closures. Next to this he managed many investments from start to finish.
"I always like challenges, and I am always able to find them. I like to manage changes in organization, with the goal to make companies more compatitive. After running a poject it is good for me to see and recognize these improvements."
Anton was working at Curver, Newellrubbermaid (Holland, England and Hungary), Nypro, a Jabil company (Hungary), Pipelife (Austria), at Pipelife he spent most of his working time at the 26 manufacturing location in Europeand US. FAG (Hungary), Bumet (Hungary).

Julianna Engbersen
Graduated in 1997 at Debrecen University – Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Agricultural Specialist, Faculty of Environmental Economics, Faculty of Company Management Dedicated to Finance and administration field with 20+ years professional experience with HR aspects in multinational and Hungarian business environment.
Have the experience in localizing global strategies, running project, budget management, strategic planning, financial reporting with high analytical view. Skilled in Business Planning, Accounting and Management. Performing exceptionally well in environments where the main task is to create stability, to work on strategic turn in an organization.
The majority of her experience is from factory environments in Food, Pharmaceutical, Production and Automotive industry.
Imre Racz

Imre Racz
Imre was born in Puspokladany, Hungary.
He’s finishing his studies, Technical management, at the University of Debrecen.
"I am happy to know that I'm already able to put my knowledge into practice before I finish my studies. The world outside looks a bit different than the university, but I get excited to see the first results in my work. I can see that many companies choose Hungary as their production location. It showed me that I made the right decision about my study, and I am at the right location."
